How do you see your world?

Perfect Point of View

The LORD looks from heaven; He sees all the sons of men….He fashions their hearts individually; He considers all their works.

Acts 17:22-31
A man in a plane flying above a town has a better perspective on the town than a man walking on the street. If you had to choose one of them to guide you, who would you choose?

We are like the man on the street, only seeing and understanding our immediate surroundings. God, like the man in the plane, sees more. He knows each detail of our lives. As the Creator of all, He understands each intricate person and piece of the world.

He has determined our times and dwelling places. Unlike an author or painter who steps back from their created work once it is finished, God desires a daily relationship with us. We have a choice. We can rely on our own instincts and wisdom or we can rely on God for direction. When we rely on our own point of view, we are certain to take wrong turns. When we rely on God, our footsteps are sure. Who will you trust today? David Jeremiah

It is a glorious thing to know that your Father God makes no mistakes in directing or permitting that which crosses the path of your life. It is the glory of God to conceal a matter. It is our glory to trust Him, no matter what.

Psalm 46
If you’re worried about anything at all today, let me introduce you to the subject of the immutability of God. What do we mean when we say something is “immutable”? It means it’s not capable of mutating. In other words, it is not possible for it to change. If something is immutable, it is unchanging and unchangeable. What could that be? Nothing that is part of this world. Everything in the universe is subject to change. Certainly you and I are changing. Our children are changing. Our society is changing. And even the most durable elements of our natural world and in our universe are changing.

But Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever; the Alpha and Omega. The Lord says, “I am who I am” (Exodus 3:19). Malachi 3:6 says, “I am the LORD, I do not change.” In Christ we have a rock of stability. We have a Friend whose word will never go out of style. We have a Savior who is as dependable now as He was two thousand years ago.

In times of instability, focus on God’s immutability.

Thou changest not, Thy compassions they fail not; as Thou hast been, Thou forever will be.

The Look of God’s People

The “look” of God’s people. God said to Daniel-“O,Daniel, greatly loved of God, listen carefully to what I have to say to you. STAND UP…While He was talking to me, I looked down at the ground, unable to say a word. I said, How can someone like me, your servant, talk to you, my Lord? My strength is gone… Then I felt my strength returning. ‘Don’t be afraid’ He said ‘for you are deeply loved by God. Be at peace; take heart and be strong!” Daniel 10:7-19. Mary, mother of Jesus, “How I rejoice in God my Savior! For He took notice of His lowly servant girl.”Luke 1:48. Jesus said “I assure you, those who listen to my message and believe in God who sent me have eternal life. They will never be condemned for their sins, but they have already passed from death into life.” John 5:24 (NLT) We are strengthen, deeply loved and totally forgiven by God. That’s what we look like! I’m praying for you.

The Trouble with Sight

-“I feel like more and more the people I meet don’t have faith. Everyone is thinking that the world is going to end. Only one man know when-it’s Jesus. He loves us. 2 Corinthians 5:7 ‘For we walk by faith not by sight.’-Caleb Snider. ” For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us an immeasurably great glory that will last forever…For the troubles we SEE will soon be over, but the joys to come will last forever.” 2 Corinthians 4:17-18. “So we have believed in Christ Jesus that we might be accepted by God because of our faith in Christ.” Galatians 2:16(NLT). “What is faith…It is the evidence of things we can not yet see!” Hebrews 11:1 “Do not throw away this confident trust in The Lord, no matter what happens. Remember the great reward it brings you.” Hebrews 10:35. When you can’t SEE, look to ‘The Light’! I’m praying for you.

Doesn’t Christ?

Doesn’t Christ?
“For I, The Lord… Will faithfully reward my people for their suffering and make an everlasting covenant with them… You will be called priests of The Lord, ministers of our God.” Isaiah 61:6-8. “If God is for us, who can ever be against us? Since God did not spare even His own Son but gave Him up for us all, won’t God, who gave us Christ, also give us everything else?” Romans 8:31-32(NLT).
– “Doesn’t Christ strengthen us? It says in Philippians 4:13 ‘I can do everything with the help of Christ who gives me the strength I need'(NLT). How do you think people succeed? Look, the truth is, we all have to wake up because one day The Lord is going to ask us, ‘Do you love me?’ The strong ones will say, Yes. But will you? -Caleb Snider
Christ Does! I’m praying for you. Have a great day
