The Battle Within.
Romans 7:15-25 “I don’t understand myself at all, for I really want to do what is right, but I don’t do it. Instead I do the very thing I hate…But I can’t help myself…No matter which way I turn, I can’t make myself do right…Oh, what a miserable person I am! Who will free me from this life? Thank God. The answer is in Jesus Christ!” Romans 8:1-31 “For the power of the life giving Spirit has freed you through Christ Jesus from the power of sin…If your sinful nature controls your MIND, there is death. But if the Holy Spirit controls your MIND, there is life and peace…But YOU ARE NOT controlled by the sinful nature. YOU ARE CONTROLLED BY THE SPIRIT. The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead LIVES in you. The Holy Spirit helps us in our distress. For we don’t even know what we should pray for… And the Father, who knows all hearts, knows…for God knew His people in advance and He chose them to become like His Son…So despite all these things, OVERWHELMING VICTORY IS OURS through CHRIST, WHO LOVES US. Focus on Him. I’m praying for you. Remember-You Win.

The Battle Within.
God, Is It Nothing to You that I Am Going Down?
They thought God didn’t care.
Mark 4:35-41 “Late that day Jesus said to them ‘Let’s go across to the other side of the sea.’ They took Him into the boat…A huge storm came up. Waves poured into the boat, threatening to sink it. And Jesus was in the stern, head on a pillow, SLEEPING! They roused Him saying, ‘Teacher, IS IT NOTHNG TO YOU THAT WE ARE GOING DOWN?’ Jesus told the wind to pipe down, and said to the sea, ‘Quiet! Settle Down! Now the WIND RAN OUT OF BREATH and the sea became smooth as glass. Then Jesus asked, Why are you afraid? Don’t you have any faith?” Our problems are big. We feel very small. We ask,”Is it nothing to God that I am consumed with trouble?” But Jesus answers us-“Why are you afraid?” When Jesus steps in, the wind of our problems will run out of breath! Have faith in The Savior that loves you unconditionally. Faith to conquer breaks down when we don’t know the depths of His Love. The wind runs out of breath and our sea is smooth when we KNOW He loves us. I’m praying that you know His love today.
The Depth of His Death.
1. Jesus VOLUNTEERED to die as The Lamb depicted in the Law. John 1:29b ” Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the World.” Christ accomplishes The Father’s will and fulfills God’s inflexible Holiness which calls for payment for sin. 2. Jesus died not only for what we do wrong. He got rid of the root of the problem, the cause of our defeat. 2Corinthians 5:21 “For He made Him who knew no sin TO BE SIN for us, that we might become the righteousness of God IN HIM.” The cause of defeat is sin. Jesus became sin. He is the bearer of all the consequences of sin so that He fulfills the depth of human need. We find in Christ the answer for inflexible Holiness and our condemning conscience. Christ The Lamb paid to make us Holy. Christ became sin to fulfill our craving conscience. We stand with hearts set free and conscience cleared. Jesus paid for every part of human need. This is love unending. You are holy, cleared, and loved. I’m praying for you.
When life is bad, say Thank You.
“There is no need to fear when times of trouble come…O, my people, listen as I speak…I am God, your God! I have no compliant about your sacrifices…But I want No More… What I want instead is your TRUE THANKS to God. I want you t fulfill your vows to the most High. Trust Me is your times of trouble, and I will rescue you, and you will give Me glory. But giving thanks is a sacrifice that truly honors Me.” Psalms 50:7-23. ” But as for me, I came so close to the edge of the cliff! My feet were slipping…I was so foolish and ignorant-I must have seemed like a senseless animal to You. Yet I still belong to You; You are holding my right hand. You will keep on guiding me with your counsel, leading me to a glorious destiny. Whom have I in Heaven but You? I desire You more than anything on earth.” Ps. 73. “We thank you, O God! We give thanks because You are near.” Ps. 75:1. In the good times or in bad times, say Thank You. I’m praying for you. Have a wonderful day.
